    It's a two hundred dollar card. It gets horrible FPS and I have already taken the card back because I thought it was just bad. Is it naturally a crap card? My old 3870 ran better.

    The 57xx series cards are not anything special. you need to go up to a 58xx series for any real performance. You are probably better off with a gtx 260 or Radeon 4890 .

    Gaming board cites player fairness in blackjack rules in decision

    The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board spoke out strongly on behalf of players this week, as it formally explained its decision to extend the state's good blackjack rules.

    The board voted this month to keep requirements that the dealer stand on soft 17 (Ace-Six), that player blackjacks be paid 3-to-2 ($15 on a $10 bet), and that players have the option of surrendering half their bet when dealt a poor hand. The defense of the rules, which are among the best in the country, was refreshingly direct:
