    Alright well right now I have Windows Vista and I have a feeling it's the reason why several of the online games I play are running like crap, so how would I go about switching

    Good news and bad news.
    Good - XP PRO is more robust and easier to work on.
    Bad - As far as I know it isn't available anymore.Some few OEM's have some they are permitted

    Have you considered going with satellite?

    Both Dish and DirecTV blow Comcast and AT&T out of the water in terms of price, service (TV signal) and customer service.
