I cut my hair and then two freaking weeks later I look at my hair and what do I see?.. SPLIT ENDS! grrr, it's frustrating the crap out of me. So any suggestions would be fantastic.
# eat healthy
# Limit the amount of chemicals you put in your hair. Over use of perms and color can damage the hair shaft.
# Massage your scalp regularly

I've been using stuff like hair moisturizer n crap so i don't get split ends...it's really annoying cause none of their crap freaking works!...do you know anything that will work?
Herbal essences or head and shoulders. Either has worked great for me, and I currently use herbal essences hello hydration (it's turquoise blue bottles in the shampoo section)
